Fully automatic raw material pellet production line
The factory has its own raw material pellet production equipment, using advanced extrusion and cutting technology to ensure pellet quality, strictly control raw material quality and production process parameters to ensure stable product quality.
Select high-quality PVC resin and auxiliary materials, prepare them in proportion, put the raw materials and additives into the mixing equipment and stir them evenly, send the mixed raw materials into the plasticizer for high-temperature plasticization, extrude and cut into pellets through the extruder, and cool the cut pellets to reduce the temperature.
The production process meets environmental protection requirements, and the products pass ROHS and REACH standards.
Fully automated pipe production line
The factory’s pipe automation equipment system covers the entire process from raw material mixing, extrusion molding, cooling and shaping, cutting and packaging.
Select high-quality PVC resin and auxiliary materials, weigh and mix them according to proportion, put the weighed raw materials into a high-speed mixer to form a uniform powder material, the mixed material enters the extruder, is heated and melted, and then extruded through a mold to form a pipe of the desired shape, and is quickly cooled and shaped by cold water to ensure the dimensional accuracy and physical properties of the pipe. The shaped pipe is cut into a specified length by a cutting machine, and the cut PVC pipe is strictly inspected for quality, including appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties and other indicators, and qualified products are packaged and stored.
Fully automatic pipe fittings production equipment
PVC pipe fittings production is a complex process involving multiple steps, including raw material preparation, mixing, extrusion molding, cooling and shaping, cutting, inspection and packaging.
Select high-quality raw material particles, use a high-speed mixer to fully mix the raw materials, ensure that the components are evenly dispersed, suck the mixed materials into the injection molding machine, and place the pipe fittings mold to be produced in the injection molding machine. After production is completed, the automatic cutting equipment cuts the excess residual materials, inspects the products, and packs them into the warehouse.
